1. Processing & Production All Goldfire Homeware products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 10 business days for made to order products and allow 5 - 7 working days for art prints before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. UK Delivery and European Union -Standard delivery: Up to 10 business days after dispatch. Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. United States & International Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch International orders may incur customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the checkout for current thresholds.

6. Delays Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our production partners, carriers, or customs processes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any supporting photos.
